How do I create an artist account?
To create an artist account, click on "Sign Up" and check the "I'm an Artist" option during registration. You'll need to complete your artist profile and consent form to start selling your artwork.
How do I upload and sell my artwork?
Navigate to your artist dashboard and click "Upload Artwork". Fill in the details including title, description, price, and upload high-quality images. Once approved by our team, your artwork will be visible to buyers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (M-Pesa). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Local deliveries typically take 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or misrepresented items. Original artworks must be returned in their original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
